GIRLS in football
Playing sport isn’t just about staying active—it’s about building confidence, making friends, and feeling great, both physically and mentally. Regular physical activity, especially team sports, has been proven to boost well-being, and while the gap in participation between girls and boys is closing, there’s still room for improvement. Right now, only 23% of girls aged 5-14 in New South Wales are regularly playing sport.
At the Rams, we’re all about creating a fun, inclusive, and judgment-free environment where every player can focus on their fitness, friendships, and personal growth. With a strong emphasis on fun, teamwork, and support, football is a fantastic way for girls to stay active, build confidence, and connect with a community that celebrates them.
Come kick it with us and experience the joy of the game!
